Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — State police have identified the man accused of exposing himself at the Dollar General store in Walker Township.
Troopers say Henry Franklin, 37, of Mill Hall is alleged to have exposed himself to a store employee on July 22nd.
Authorities say Franklin was also reportedly witnessed "pleasuring himself" inside the store.
Police say charges against Franklin are pending in Centre County court.

State police in Centre County are asking for help in identifying an individual who was accused of exposing himself in public.
Troopers say the suspect, who is described as a black male, approximately 30 to 40 years of age, is alleged to have exposed himself to an employee at the Dollar General store in Walker Township on July 22nd.
Investigators say the man was also reportedly witnessed pleasuring himself inside the store.
